Jan Lake is a resort community on the Hanson Lake Road (Sask. Highway # 106), Saskatchewan, on the shore of a lake with the same name. The community has a Canadian Coast Guard wharf, provincial and private campgrounds, several stores, many tourist lodges, which focus on fishing, camping, and private cabins. It also has drinking establishments that are frequently occupied by the indigenous aboriginals.
